1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use social media applications) to use the App. By creating an account and using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Accounts

To access most features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the App.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to post, upload, transmit, or share content that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or fraudulent.
• Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Contains any unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations.
• Contains any private information of any third party without their explicit consent.
• Is intended to interfere with the operation of the App, including deploying viruses or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these rules.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Wimbli, including event listings, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Wimbli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.

5. Our Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wimbli and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Wimbli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof.

In no event shall Wimbli, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
